Health First® Blue Bottle:
You have probably seen in the news, concerns with plastic containers made with bisphenol A (BPA), a contaminant linked with several health issues. We have contacted the manufacturers of the Health First® blue bottles and have received confirmation that our bottles do NOT contain bisphenol A. Health First blue bottles are made with PET, marked with a "1" in a triangle.
According to the bottle manufacturers:
“Bisphenol A is a chemical in some plastics that can affect hormones. This has been linked to infertility issues. Bisphenol A is not associated with PET or HDPE plastics. It does relate to PVC, Polystyrene, and plastics in classified as miscellaneous.”
